This policy explains what Precision Driving Concepts, Inc. ("PDC", "we") collects when you visit this website or book a session with us online, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

Booking details: the driver's name and date of birth, your email address, your mobile number if you give it, the program, track, coach and time you pick, and anything you write in the notes (such as experience or medical conditions).

Your waiver: the signer's name and relationship to the driver, the drawn signature, when you read and signed it, and the IP address and browser it was signed from. We keep a signed PDF copy.

Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. We see the amount, status and the limited details Stripe shares with us; we never see or store your full card number. For Zelle, we see the amount, the sender name and the memo from our bank's alert.

How we use it

To hold and confirm your booking, take payment, keep a record of your signed waiver, send you confirmations and reminders, tell your coach about the session, and keep drivers safe on track.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Text messages

We text you only if you tick the box to receive booking texts. Texts are confirmations, reminders and changes to your booking. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and text opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

Your coach sees your name, phone number, session details and notes. We use service providers to run the booking system: hosting and database, email delivery, text-message delivery and Stripe for payments. They handle your information only to provide that service to us.

We may share information if the law requires it, or to deal with an accident, injury or legal claim connected to a session.

Minors

Drivers under 18 are booked by a parent or legal guardian, who gives the driver's details and signs the waiver for them. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for our accounting and tax records. Signed waivers are kept for as long as a claim connected to the session could be brought, which for a minor can be several years after they turn 18.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. We'll do so unless we need to keep it, for example a signed waiver or a payment record. California residents can also ask what personal information we've disclosed for others' direct marketing; we don't disclose any.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to PDC staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you think your booking details were misused.
